For bookings placed directly through our website, we offer full refunds for cancellations at least 30 days prior to check-in.  That’s the longest free-cancellation period you will find for our properties anywhere.  For reservations booked through Airbnb, Vrbo, or other channel partners a stricter cancellation policy applies.

We love your furry little friends!  Unfortunately, some of our guests are allergic to pets and we won’t be able to host them.

We initiate the security deposit refund within a couple days of checking out, and you will receive an automated email once the refund is initiated.  The payment processor then debits our account, waits for the transaction to clear (~5 days), and finally returns the funds to your original payment method.  From the time we initiate the refund it takes about a week and a half for funds to arrive back to your account.
